Ramen at Suehiroya (末廣家)

Recommended bowl: Fresh IEKEI

This high level Yokohama IEKEI style shop is known for serving only fresh (never frozen) ingredients. Master Suehiro-san was a salaryman before training for five years at the legendary IEKEI shop Yoshimuraya. Tonkotsu shoyu soup, chicken oil, and noodles supplied by Sakai Seimen (same as Yoshimuraya). Many customers opt for the chashumen, laden with pork slices. Open since 2013.
