The Yokohama branch of ramen, Jiro, quite popular and highly ranked amongst Jirorians. For those who don't know, the Jiro style bowls come with a shoyu tonkotsu soup, pork backfat, veggies and optional garlic. Noodles are house made on the standard Ebisu noodle machine using Ōshon brand flour, same as all Jiro shops. Nira-kimchi topping is a recommended add-on, and pickled ginger (beni shōga) is also available for free by request, unique to this Jiro branch.... More
