Recommended bowl: Brand chickens

A highly-ranked shop serving a double soup made with clear tonkotsu-niboshi and clear chicken-niboshi soup. The chicken soup is made with Sansui brand chickens, Nagoya Cochin brand chickens and whole ducks. Customers have the choice of shoyu or shio tare. No MSG. Noodles are supplied by the famous shop Shinasobaya, and indeed master Okizaki-san previously worked as the shop manager of the Shinasobaya branch at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. Open since 2014.
