A LO MACHO!

Fish al Carbon Fajitas @supericatexmex

I didn’t really consider Tex Mex as a cuisine until I tried this restaurant.

This motivated me into diving deep into the cuisine and experience it first hand.

Apart from being absolutely delicious, it also has so much history and culture.

I love when I discover I’ve been illiterate while thinking I was smarter than everyone else.
