Ramen Adventures by Ramen Adventures

Slim pickings for ramen in the Siberian city of Tyumen, but we stumbled across See Yú and tried their bowls. Noodles, bao, and for some reason an extensive offering of natural wines. Boris Kustodiev artwork shows what I imagine Siberia looks like in winter.
