Another visit to 🍀 @jamparestaurant in Phuket, sister restaurant to ⭐️🍀 Pru and well worth a visit if you come to Phuket. @chefrickdingen Rick Dingen’s delicious cooking is focused on local produce with a large proportion of it coming from the restaurant’s own farm and gardens. Another visit to 🍀 @jamparestaurant in Phuket, sister restaurant to ⭐️🍀 Pru and well worth a visit if you come to Phuket. @chefrickdingen Rick Dingen’s delicious cooking is focused on local produce with a large proportion of it coming from the restaurant’s own farm and gardens. Animal welfare is also a key component of Rick’s philosophy with, for example, chickens that are only used for producing eggs and once they stop producing they are free to live out their lives with the other chickens rather than being slaughtered. A tasting menu or A La Carte menu is complemented by a natural leaning wine list and also inventive cocktails. If you do book then I recommend you ask to take a tour of the farm. This is also very handy for Phuket airport. Following lunch here I took a 15 minute taxi to the airport and was back in Bangkok in time for dinner. Highly recommended.
