Dinner at 永康街芒果冰思慕昔

Super mango snowflake ice with panna cotta at Smoothie House (永康街芒果冰思慕昔). Declared by CNN as one of the top 40 Taiwanese foods. It's so popular that there are 2 stores within 2 blocks of one another in the Yong Kang St area. December is definitely not mango season, so maybe next time it'll be sweeter. ?
