Super mango snowflake ice with panna cotta at Smoothie House (永康街芒果冰 思慕昔). Declared by CNN as one of the top 40 Taiwanese foods. It's so popular that there are 2 stores within 2 blocks of one another in the Yong Kang St area. December is definitely not mango season, so maybe next time it'll be sweeter. ?
