A bowl of quintessential Hong Kong at @impromptu_tw 😍 Springy noodles and heavenly wontons complemented by light yet flavorful broth. And the triumphant combo of venison fillet, homemade Taiwanese boudin noir and robust huntsman sauce, with Okinawa spinach and cape gooseberries brightening up the palate. Immensely enjoyable.
