Dinner at Sado

On vacation, and almost out of words after writing this year’s 100, BUT: earlier this month, the Resy gods finally smiled upon me, and I snagged a reservation at Pavilion, Nick Bognar’s omakase counter at Sado on the Hill. Not a traditional review, more like a vital addendum to my 2023 review of Sado. Link in bio.
