Dinner at RATED TEST KITCHEN

Grabbed my spoon to finish the ancho butter sauce in this sous vide shrimp course at @ratedtk, where the growth of chef Juwan Rice’s precocious talent is exponential. A theme of char lingers over the current tasting menu like the memory of a campfire. Any discussion of the state of downtown dining that doesn’t begin and end here is wrong.
