Chico Bueno is one of three new restaurants the Good Company team has opened in the Grove this summer. My first instinct was to review Chico Bueno alongside its upscale sibling Malo, but chef Adrian Maldonado’s taqueria deserves its own turn in the spotlight. This week’s review. Gift link in bio.
