A very enjoyable meal at @contaminazionirestaurant in Naples. I love the name of this restaurant, meaning contaminated of course. But in that the food has been contaminated or influenced by chef @giuseppemolaro ‘s time in Tokyo. I have to thank chef @heros_deagostinis for sending me here. I believe the two chefs worked together at La Pergola in Rome. You'll never stumble across this place by accident as it's located... More

A very enjoyable meal at @contaminazionirestaurant in Naples. I love the name of this restaurant, meaning contaminated of course. But in that the food has been contaminated or influenced by chef @giuseppemolaro ‘s time in Tokyo. I have to thank chef @heros_deagostinis for sending me here. I believe the two chefs worked together at La Pergola in Rome. You'll never stumble across this place by accident as it's located in a residential area a short drive from the city centre but it is certainly worth seeking out. Quite a new project when I visited last year, the chef was clearly ambitious and shooting for a Michelin star, which he was justifiably rewarded with. I'll certainly be back next time I'm in Naples
