Ribs Brothers are passionate meat lovers, with a small and cozy restaurant in the heart of Sofia. The menu is small and specialized in smoking and cooking ribs and pulled pork, but they love to experiment with all kind of meat. Many local craft beers are also offered, which makes it quite a nice place to visit.

A new entry on the menu, the meat was quite nicely cooked and delicious. Don't forget to order as well, french fries - homemade style.

Another typical hipster place in Sofia, where you can enjoy a combination of ribs and wines. Though, if you are a vegetarian, I am not sure whether it will make sense to visit it.
Over weekend, it is always a good idea to book a table in advance, since otherwise, you may not find a spot available.
The total price of this meal, including the tip is: 40 EUR.

One of my favourite places for meat and beer in Sofia! You can always find something new to try, or keep to what you were used to from before. Recently, they have added quite a lot of local craft beers.
