I highly recommend easing into the weekend @layersgreenlake. Unwind by candlelight on Friday and Saturday evenings with a beer, a session cocktail, a glass of wine and complimentary chips and olives, or make a meal of small plates. I loved the salad of apple, fennel and Beecher's cheese swathed in cashew cream, the charred broccoli nestled in 'nduja aioli, and rosy slices of speck ham with marcona almonds.
