I’ve always been drawn to the food and ambience at Trestle. A recent remodel and a change from a three course to a four course menu has only worked to improve the experience! At $52 the ever changing menu is one of the best deals in town, offering two choices in each category. On my visit: a chicory salad with figs and hazelnut or butternut squash soup; ricotta gnudi or pea risotto; black cod or pork schnitzel; and warm bread pudding or chocolate custard.
