The Madrigal San Francisco

It was another flawless collaboration last night hosted by Hi Neighbor restaurants between Jason Halverson and Brandon Rice of Ernest to raise money for @sproutscheftraining. The menu consisted of salmon sashimi, smoked tomatoes with egg, corn mushi, spiced steak and caramelized pineapple sorbet with coconut foam.

Last night, I enjoyed the five course collaborative menu ($115) prepared by David Nayfeld and Jason Halverson to benefit @sproutscheftraining. This is a third dinner in the series where all the profits go to the charity. Next up is Azalina’s on June 27 and Ernest on August 1. I’ve signed up for both on OpenTable!
