Dinner at The Happy Crane

I enjoyed the best Peking Duck of my life at the Happy Crane. Unfortunately, they only prepare two a night and it has to be ordered in advance. That said there are many things to love on James Parry’s menu: oysters with hawthorne berry sauce, peashooter dumplings, firecracker shrimp, hand-pulled noodles, pork jowl and beef shin to name a few.
