i’ve always believed we feast with our eyes first, and @statebirdprovisions in san fran is proof. imagine a dim sum cart serving up american-style tapas—fun, creative small plates like sourdough-sauerkraut-pecorino pancakes, smoked trout dip with chips, bay shrimp with silken tofu xo, and endive caesar with smoked olives. everything rolls right up to your table, making the whole experience so fun and so good #whatKBeats
