Fortunately I got to San Antonio well before the cold front and have since headed south. (These are latergram recaps, and just hitting the highlights . . .) First up, @2msmokehouse. Lean brisket, ribs, and splendid pork sausage with serranos and Oaxaca cheese. Love the “chicaroni”, too — Mac n cheese topped with powdered chicharrones.
