Best thing I ate in Philly this trip … These tacos, and the one particularly on the right. The slow-cooked lamb stomach pancita from @southphillybarbacoa_ , which is set up at the front of a restaurant called Casa Mexico.
For all the hype this place gets, I guess I was expecting something boojier. But the room felt like a neighborhood spot through and through, except for the people hacking up the barbacoa meat in an agave leaf. The pancita was super spicy with chiles and even more flavorful... More
