Very delicious and affordable Lahmacun and lamb’s liver Dürüm @[instagram] URFA DÜRÜM were what we shared for our first stop. Piping hot, aroma of lamb meat and spices, flavors that burst in your mouth. That flatbread had the baked flour and charred aroma plus a bit of crisp and soft chef at the same time. So good, so good. It is always going to these kinds of small shops that make me realise how little I know about a city. Even for reasonable bites, we don’t have to limit ourselves to bistro, croissants or pastries. When I go to a city, I want to know what people eat in their everyday lives. In particular, I can hardly find these lahmacun and Dürüm at the cities I live let alone good ones. I felt so satisfied. Both mentally and physically.
