Now that’s a dessert that was not just good looking but also purely delicious. I was not even much of a Black Forest cake person but all the components here were great, especially the vanilla kirsch espuma.

Will may not be a place I would suggest chefs who are looking for culinary revelations to go, but it is a very enjoyable place for a casual meal without breaking the bank. Not everyone wants or can afford a €300 or even €500 meal when eating in Paris, I think Will is offering what is above its value. And the pie and desserts, as far as I know they remain on the menu but change with seasonal ingredients and flavors. A great spot for pure enjoyment of deliciousness.
