One of France’s most influential chefs abroad, returning to her native country after 30 years, cooking side by side with the first Japanese chef to earn three Michelin stars in France.

Two chefs with starkly different personalities and styles, yet they moved like a ballet, complementing each other with the plate as their stage, like a pas de deux from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake.

This intimate dinner, hosted by the storied caviar house Kaviari, continues a 10-year tradition of bringing together the world’s best chefs through their global network. Rare to see two 3-star chefs cook together.
