Final dessert at Cheval D’Or, Crùme Caramel and this is real European crùme caramel not Japanese “purin” (pudding) despite Taku san being a Japanese. They are different in texture even though they look very similar. Japanese purin is more silky and less dense, European crùme caramel is more custardy and creamy.
