沖縄読谷「ザブロスサンドイッチスタンド」

沖縄に来るたびに伺っている、サンドイッチ専門店。

当店は、アメリカで定番のBLTやフィリーチーズステーキを看板メニューにしており、日本のサンドイッチ店とは一線を画している。ただ、本場アメリカそのもののサンドイッチとも異なり、丁寧に組み立てられていてバランスの良い味わいが光る。

オーナーによると、これは家庭のレシピだそうで、小さい頃食べて育った思い出のサンドイッチをレシピ化したとのこと。いわば、アメリカ文化と沖縄の文化との融合によって生み出されたサンドイッチと言える。
