That would be @flourmoonbagels and @moonrabbitdc , the innovative Vietnamese restaurant in DC.

It’s chef, Lafayette native Kevin Tien, is in town for North America’s 50 Best this week, along with a lot more culinary talent.

So Flour Moon baker Breanne Kostyk and he collaborated on these creations -
