It’s chef, Lafayette native Kevin Tien, is in town for North America’s 50 Best this week, along with a lot more culinary talent.

So Flour Moon baker Breanne Kostyk and he collaborated on these creations -

A crab Rangoon bialy with a rich bland of cheeses and hit of pepper jelly

A taro sesame bagel with ube and culantro butter (lushly tropical herby), assembled by me at home in this pic.

And one more - a green curry shrimp salad bagel sandwich with papaya, more of a lunch sandwich Then I was up for early this morning.

But these are delicious and a fun way to get a taste of the @theworlds50best spirit in town this week.
