Opened more than 10 years ago in a quiet suburb of Nagoya, this Italian restaurant has a young chef that trained in both French and Italian cooking at some of the best restaurants of its time. Balance between simplicity and refinement across the dishes... pasta and risotto dishes were good, although I wanted more hot pasta dishes! Balance between simplicity and refinement across the dishes... pasta and risotto dishes were good, although I wanted more hot pasta dishes! Good service even though they got my wine order wrong and chose the (much more) expensive bottle. Worth a hike if you haven't been before.
