Fascinating dinner last night at @sushi_nishinokaze in the hands of owner Julien Doan and chef Vincent Gee. This 8-seat Edomae omakase sushiya is an impressive newcomer to the Montreal restaurant scene serving wild fish and seafood, some local, but most imported from Japan. A beautiful display of mastered technique and taste. Very expensive, but a truly unique experience. A feast for the eyes and the senses. Incredible sake and wine selection too.
