Today Yoji- san showed me how fo make his style temaki bento, which can be also ordered for delivery.🇮🇹 He mixed the beef with chopped capers and seasoned with olive oil and salt,served with shaved bottarga; tuna belly- with sesame seeds, salt and olive oil.
