What a great place for dinner and music!!!
Ayllu restaurant serves contemporary sharing plates, freshly made sushi in a beautiful setting featuring rich dark green walls, elaborate décor, and plush banquette seating.The restaurant was built around the traditions of the Ayllu community of the Inca Empire. The Ayllu were a group of families that lived together, worked the land together, and shared their belongings and mealtimes, just like a large family. Much like the Incan civilisation, Ayllu is about the coming together of friends and families and taking time to share an experience of great food and innovative cocktails with loved ones. The restaurant is stunning. It was so busy and had a great atmosphere. Loved the menu, loads of great dishes to choose from. This is what we ordered.....

☆ Squid Tempura with Jalapeno dressing

☆ Tuna tacos, soy dressing with onion, ginger, coriander, sesame seeds

☆ Chicken bao bun. Crispy chicken, mango,
aji amarillo sauce, Asian pickle

☆ Nikkei ceviche
Yellowfin tuna, nori, nikkei tiger’s milk, nori, spring onion

☆ Chu-Toro nigiri
Medium fatty bluefin tuna with truffle caviar

☆ Spicy tuna roll
Yellowfin tuna, kimchi sauce, aji limo

☆ Soft Shell Crab Futomaki roll
Avocado, orange tobiko, spring onion, and spicy mayo

☆ Black Cod
Marinated 48 hours in miso served with bok choi and ginger

☆ Udon Noodles
Cep mushrooms, broth, wild mushrooms, Ajitama eggs, Kimchi, spring onion

Wow, what an absolute feast. Everything was absolutely delicious. My favourite dish on the night was the nikkei ceviche, the black cod, and the udon noodles. The broth was insanely good. All the sushi is excellent, and the crispy little tacos filled with tuna were amazing. The cocktails there are incredible to! Pisco sours were extremely good! After all this amazing food and drink, the dancing started, two fantastic dancers and a dj entertained us all night long. What an experience I would definitely recommend!!
