きくらげの真丈、磯部揚げ Kikurage shinjo (wood ear fungus dumpling), isobeage, fried seaweed fritter
きんぴら牛蒡 Kinpira gobo (burdock juliennes stir fried with sugar and soy)

That is a compact bento with a variety of ingredients all made to serve a wholesome delicious meal. The salmon was actually slowly cooked on charcoal so it was very moist and seasoned skillfully. I couldn’t believe I finished so fast. All for 1000 yen (10 usd) which would be just enough for 2 macarons if you are in Paris 😜
