This place is so amazing that it’s often referred to as a miracle, and this is my seventh visit. I savor the happiness and luck of being able to come to my favorite restaurant so often, enjoying the delicious fish prepared by Mr. Fujimoto, which only gets better with every bite.This is my second time at Niji Kichi, and it left a different impression on me. It’s astonishing how there are still surprises no matter how many times I come here.You really have to experience it for yourself; the freshness of the fish is incredible, and it’s a constant reminder of just how delicious fish can be.The emotions I feel with each dish are beyond words, so I’ll skip the details. I’m truly grateful to have discovered Ehime. I’m so happy that I can hardly express it.At the end, I’m always asked which dish was my favorite today, but they’re all wonderful, and I can’t think of a happier dilemma.
