A nice little restaurant in a more happening part of Hiroshima, surrounded by clubs and bars and the odd pachinko or two. Once you enter the cozy 5th floor interior though, the vibe is completely different, with a buzz happening in the open prep-kitchen that all the counter seats face. Today's menu was largely fish and seafood based, with innovative flavours through a large array of sauces that the chef clearly loves. I might have preferred a few less fish... More
