Nestled in the lush surroundings of Hanalei, Kauai, “Fresh Bite” is a must-visit food truck (open from 11AM to 3PM on weekdays) that takes island flavours to the next level🚚 The “Chipotle Cheese Fries with Sweet Potato” is a personal standout, generously drizzled with a smoky white cheddar cheese chipotle and topped with green onion🌶️ The natural sweetness of the potatoes perfect balance with the rich tangy kick of the cheese🧀 We hope to try their sandwiches next time, served on locally baked Poi Buns🥪
