ハワイのオアフ島の北部「North Shore（ノース・ショア）」にある「Jenny’s Shrimp Truck（ジェニーズ・シュリンプ・トラック）」✨ 海老のフードトラックはいくつかありますが、こちらが個人的ナンバーワン🤭 メニューは8品のみですが、カバー写真の「Spicy Garlic Shrimp（スパイシー・ガーリック・シュリンプ）」がイチオシです💓 ぷりっぷりに炒めた海老をガーリックとスパイスのパンチが効いたピリ辛ソースと和えてあり、付け合わせの白米が進みます🍚
