大山さかなや

Fabulous place. Beef themed. Chef trained in a French restaurant. There is a tasting menu, but one can also order a la carte, which I think is better. He showcases the vegetables and the various cuts of beefs when you feel you need more which one usually does. Then you order and he cooks. Simple and delicious.

One of the best hand cut steak tartare one can find. Very light on the seasoning but perfectly calibrated.
