WHOLE HOG FUTURES REPORT (pt 2 of 3): (#latergram from last weekend’s SC BBQ swing) Had to check out @elliottsflorence, @elliottmoss's new spot in Florence. The Smoked Trinity plate: whole hog as the anchor with direct heat-cooked ribs and jalapeño sausage, plus splendid succotash and collards. And check out that beast of a burn barrel!
