Dinner at Timothy’s The Restaurant | St. Louis Restaurant

I’ll be reviewing a fine new smash-burger joint later this week, but my heart will always belong to a plump, exactly medium-rare burger, and one of the best in the area right now is @timothysstl in Creve Coeur, with pimento cheese and crispy onions. Pro tip: eat the burger over the fries so the cheese drips on them.
