The Bomprezzi and Scorza families have owned the International Meat Company, a small processing business in the Galewood neighborhood of Chicago, since 1952

Top Butcher Market is their relatively new butcher shop and restaurant, opened across the street in 2022

The stunning corned beef sandwich features chef Dave Berni’s 14 hour house cured, slow smoked, thick cut meat with Swiss cheese and mustard on a griddled rye bread
