Super impressed by the new menu at @eobrewing from @alexyellan. Highlights include smoky fish dip with fried saltines, sticky-sweet orange chicken wings, thin-sliced roast beef and liquid cheddar on an onion rolls, and fried chickpea panisse with whipped ricotta. The show stopper is the grilled pork collar - brined then smoked then grilled then sliced for wrapping with garlic chili green tomato sauce in cool lettuce wrappers. What a bite!
