The Matū Philly Cheesesteak is filled with 8 ounces of grass-fed Wagyu ribeye and sirloin, cooper’s sharp cheese, grilled onions and a roasted hot long pepper, all on a freshly baked sesame roll. The beef was perfectly caramelised, tender and well seasoned. The char is essential and they have it down here perfectly. The roll was soft but crusty, with a lovely specks of toasted sesame seeds all over. Peppers were hot and added a much needed spice and acidity to the roll. Unctuous and moreish with oozing sharp cheese. On the side, their Wagyu tallow fried chips. Definitely recommend #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽‍♂️
