In our stressful, fast-paced times, in which employees change employers and restaurants at an incredible speed, I don’t have the hats and certainly the words to honor the life’s achievements of these two ladies.
I get goosebumps when I think about what the two of them, Ms. Ingrid Jedlitschka for 35 years and Ms. Katja Gast for 26 years, have experienced in this culinary spot!
I wish both good luck, good health and that you will remain our hosts for many more years to come!
