Dinner at Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew

Next up in Austin: a craft OG I’ve not visited in too long, @stilesswitchbbq. Going in was planning on doing the traditional TX Trinity but was lured in by the smoked prime rib special. I’ve never regretted ordering prime rib.
