It’s so beautiful to see the jigsaw puzzle pieces falling together! This is exactly what happened here: a very talented fine dining chef from the center of the capital moved his kitchen to an agriturismo on the countryside in Lazio. Using 0 km ingredients from the organic farm, he is creating an ever changing menu of very delicious and creative dishes, absolutely true to the spirit of the old stone farmhouse.
