“SHIFUDO” (try saying it out loud and you’ll get it) is a ramen restaurant that specializes in charcoal-grilled seafood ramen. It is part of the popular food Mugen Group of Nakame No Teppen.
The menu features seven seafood varieties: mackerel, shrimp, salmon, squid, horse mackerel, black throat sea perch, and sardine. For a couple hundred yen more you can do the set meal of rice, seaweed, and miso-pickled cucumber.
The shop opened in 2021 and has 14 seats. It is located a 2-minute walk from the JR Kanda Station North Exit.
