Recommended bowl: Clean & simple

This casual mom 'n pop style shop seems to draw a nice stream of regular customers. The light soup contains pork, chicken, katsuobushi, kombu and niboshi. No MSG. Choice of shio or shoyu tare. The noodles are house-made, with multiple styles depending on the bowl. The master here trained at the famous Kanagawa shop, Shinasobaya. Open since 2000.
