Recommended bowl: Rich paitan
Run by master Nakano-san, and only open for lunch from 11:30am-2:30pm. The bowls contain a rich tori paitan soup made from chicken and gyokai, served with a blackened oil containing secret ingredients. No MSG. Noodles by Tsurumi Seimen. Shoyu is the standard and recommended, shio also on tap. Pork chashu is done teonchori style (low-temperature cooked). Second branch located in Tenri, this is the flagship. Both shops open since 2018.
