Recommended bowl: Rich tonkotsu
The bowls here are served with a rich tonkotsu soup, made yobimodoshi style containing pig heads, trotters and various other parts. In typical yobimodoshi style, some of the soup each day becomes the starter for the next day's soup. Noodles are by Nagataya Seimenjo. Run by master Yūichi Chiba-san (Yū-chan), who trained at the Yokohama IEKEI style shop, Ichirokuya. Open since 2014.
